CKAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP3, LINS1, and LRRC42. Each is linked with CKAP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP3 grouped by CKAP5-low versus CKAP5-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
