The most reproducible CKAP2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UFD1_S247, NUF2_S247, and PAICS_S27. Each is linked with CKAP2L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2L results are reported.
