CKAP2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,931 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, CEP55, and PLK1. Each is linked with CKAP2L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2L versus CDC20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
