Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKAP2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,967 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Regulation of mitotic spindle checkpoint, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with CKAP2L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2L results are reported.
