CKAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and MKI67_S357. Each is linked with CKAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2 versus SMC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
