Across TCGA patient cohorts, CITED4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CITED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL820P, RNU4-58P, and RNU6-1020P. Each is linked with CITED4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CITED4-to-partner and partner-to-CITED4 results are reported.
