CITED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CITED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CITED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC2, RNA5SP411, and OR6B1. Each is linked with CITED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CITED1-to-partner and partner-to-CITED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC2 grouped by CITED1-low versus CITED1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CITED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CITED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
