Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIR1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,203 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CIR1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP metabolic process, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CIR1P3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIR1P3-to-partner and partner-to-CIR1P3 results are reported.
