Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CIR1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CIR1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CIR1P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CIR1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where CIR1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
