CIP2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, RFC4, and HAT1. Each is linked with CIP2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-CIP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIP2A versus CDC20_T70 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
