Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,305 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CIP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, TTK, and SMC4. Each is linked with CIP2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-CIP2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIP2A versus GINS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
