Across TCGA patient cohorts, CICP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,567 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CICP28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Regulation of DNA repair, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with CICP28 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CICP28-to-partner and partner-to-CICP28 results are reported.
