Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIBAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CIBAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L11, USP17L17, and USP17L20. Each is linked with CIBAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIBAR2-to-partner and partner-to-CIBAR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L11 grouped by CIBAR2-low versus CIBAR2-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIBAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIBAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
