CIB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,500 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB, PLEKHF2, and PLOD3. Each is linked with CIB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB3-to-partner and partner-to-CIB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIB3 versus TUBB in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
