CIB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 334 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC25P, TUBBP11, and OR4A7P. Each is linked with CIB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB3-to-partner and partner-to-CIB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC25P grouped by CIB3-low versus CIB3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
