CIART

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIART RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,666 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIART-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR1D2, CDKN2D, and PER3. Each is linked with CIART in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIART-to-partner and partner-to-CIART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIART versus NR1D2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIART→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
