CIAO3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,937 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMAS, PIF1, and IQCK. Each is linked with CIAO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO3-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAO3 versus CMAS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
