CIAO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,087 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU6-1305P, and SNX18P25. Each is linked with CIAO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO3-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by CIAO3-low versus CIAO3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
