CIAO2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSNK2A2, HSDL1, and CFAP20. Each is linked with CIAO2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAO2B versus CSNK2A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
