Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHURC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,006 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHURC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HACL1, MRPS25, and ACTR2. Each is linked with CHURC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHURC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHURC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHURC1 versus HACL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHURC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHURC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
