CHTF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHTF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHTF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP3P1, LINC02039, and IGLV10-67. Each is linked with CHTF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHTF8-to-partner and partner-to-CHTF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASP3P1 grouped by CHTF8-low versus CHTF8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHTF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHTF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
