CHTF18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHTF18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHTF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC60, FHL5, and GJA10. Each is linked with CHTF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHTF18-to-partner and partner-to-CHTF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC60 grouped by CHTF18-low versus CHTF18-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHTF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHTF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
