CHST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-10P, SGCEP1, and UBE2V1P6. Each is linked with CHST3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST3-to-partner and partner-to-CHST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-10P grouped by CHST3-low versus CHST3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
