CHST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, TRIM43B, and OR4C12. Each is linked with CHST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST3-to-partner and partner-to-CHST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 grouped by CHST3-low versus CHST3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
