CHST12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHST12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MSH6, and Rad50. Each is linked with CHST12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST12-to-partner and partner-to-CHST12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CHST12-low versus CHST12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
