CHST12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,085 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHST12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL18, PIP5K1C, and TTYH3. Each is linked with CHST12 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST12-to-partner and partner-to-CHST12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHST12 versus FBXL18 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
