Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,057 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHST12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Dermatan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process. Each is linked with CHST12 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST12-to-partner and partner-to-CHST12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane grouped by CHST12-low versus CHST12-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
