Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHST12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHST12-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC45B, C20orf85, and SLCO1B1. Each is linked with CHST12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHST12-to-partner and partner-to-CHST12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNC45B grouped by CHST12-low versus CHST12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHST12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHST12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
