CHRNE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNE-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf107, TRIM73, and COL11A2. Each is linked with CHRNE in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNE-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNE versus C17orf107 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
