CHRNB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABT1, NUFIP2_S572, and ORC6_T195. Each is linked with CHRNB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB4 versus ABT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
