CHRNB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,123 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C8A, PLG, and MXRA5. Each is linked with CHRNB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB3-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB3 versus C8A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
