Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,278 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRNB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC16A3_S436, TLN1_S2338, and ZFR. Each is linked with CHRNB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB2 versus SLC16A3_S436 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
