CHRNB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, WDR13, and SLC25A14. Each is linked with CHRNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB2 versus CSTF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
