CHRNB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4G, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CHRNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CHRNB2-low versus CHRNB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
