Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROG3, H1-8, and OR52B4. Each is linked with CHRNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROG3 grouped by CHRNB2-low versus CHRNB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
