Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Cadherin, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CHRNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Cadherin grouped by CHRNA1-low versus CHRNA1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
