Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHRM5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHRM5 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CHRM5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHRM5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where CHRM5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
