Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,068 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, and RNA capping. Each is linked with CHRM5 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM5-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
