Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CHRM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM5-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
