CHRM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36B, DEFB4A, and OR4X2. Each is linked with CHRM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM5-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
