Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,140 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule depolymerization, Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule depolymerization grouped by CHRM4-low versus CHRM4-high in SCLC.
