Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,084 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, SEZ6L, and SNU13. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
