Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5L_S64, ARPP21, and ARPP21_S33. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
