Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MSH2, and Rad50. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CHRM4-low versus CHRM4-high in UCEC.
