Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,705 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Response to mitochondrial depolarisation. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to starvation grouped by CHRM4-low versus CHRM4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
