Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, GFRA4, and FBXO39. Each is linked with CHRM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM4-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by CHRM4-low versus CHRM4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
