CHRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, ATM, and MSH6. Each is linked with CHRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by CHRM2-low versus CHRM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
