CHRM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,862 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTN, GAD2, and ITGA8. Each is linked with CHRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRM2 versus PTN in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
