CHRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P2, MIR4285, and DNM1P28. Each is linked with CHRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6B1P2 grouped by CHRM1-low versus CHRM1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
