Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRFAM7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRFAM7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with CHRFAM7A in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRFAM7A-to-partner and partner-to-CHRFAM7A results are reported.
